To create a listing, log in and click on "Create Listing". Fill in all required fields, upload high-quality images and publish your listing. Make sure to provide all technical specifications and accurately describe the device condition.
Fees vary depending on category and sale price. There is a listing fee and a success-based sales commission. Details on all fees can be found in our pricing overview.
Your listing remains online for up to 90 days or until you mark it as sold. You can extend the duration at any time or end the listing early.
You can accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal and credit card payment through our secure payment partners. Payment is only released after successful handover.
Log in, go to "My Listings", select the desired listing and click "Edit". You can adjust price, description, images and other details at any time.
Mark the listing as "Sold" in your dashboard. The listing will automatically be deactivated and removed from active search results. The sales commission will be charged accordingly.
Each device should have its own listing to ensure clear and meaningful information. For larger quantities or sets, please contact our support for individual solutions.
Upload at least 3-5 high-quality images showing the device from different perspectives. Ensure good lighting, show any signs of wear and add detailed shots of important components. Find more tips in our photo guide.
Interested buyers can contact you via our internal messaging system. You will receive email notifications for new inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to build trust.
For used medical devices, you can exclude warranty as a private seller. As a commercial seller, statutory provisions apply. State this clearly in your listing.
Pack the device carefully with sufficient padding material. For sensitive or heavy devices, we recommend a specialized transport service. Take out transport insurance and document the condition before shipping.
State in your listing when the last STK was performed and whether a current test report is available. This significantly increases buyer confidence.

Yes, we offer buyer protection for all transactions through our platform. With payments through our partner payment providers, your money is protected until successful delivery. Report problems within 48 hours of receipt.
We support secure payment methods through our payment partners OPP and Stripe Connect. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Payment is held in escrow and only released to the seller after successful handover.
In most cases yes. Contact the seller via our messaging system and arrange an inspection appointment. For larger investments, we strongly recommend an on-site inspection.
Return options depend on the individual seller. Commercial sellers must grant statutory withdrawal rights. Private sellers can exclude returns. Check the conditions in the listing or ask the seller directly.
Look for complete profiles with company information, positive reviews from other buyers, detailed listings with professional images and quick, competent communication. Be cautious with unrealistically low prices.
New: Unused, original packaging

Acceptable: Significant signs of wear, but functions reliably
Check: Current STK report, completeness of accessories, operating hours, service history, CE marking, availability of spare parts, potential software license costs and transport options. For high-value devices, consult a technician.
In many cases yes. Use our messaging system to make an offer to the seller. Be fair and justify your price offer objectively.
Handover can be in person on-site or by shipping. For in-person handover: Check the device thoroughly, get instructions and confirm receipt. For shipping: Check the package for transport damage and document the condition.
First contact the seller via our messaging system. With commercial sellers you have statutory warranty claims. If you cannot agree, contact our customer support who will help mediate.
Using the platform and searching for devices is free for buyers. However, fees may apply for certain payment methods. These are displayed transparently before completing the transaction.

No, only one account per person or company is permitted. This serves transparency and prevents abuse. If needed, you can specify different locations or departments in your profile.
Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account". Note that all your data will be irreversibly deleted. Active listings must be ended beforehand. For pending transactions, please contact our support first.

Currently we do not offer a native mobile app yet, but our website is fully responsive and optimally usable on mobile devices. An app is planned for the future.
After completing a transaction, you can rate the respective seller or buyer. You will receive an email with a link. Reviews are important for trust in our community.

Sellers with this badge have verified their identity and business data. This provides additional security and trust when buying.
